Comfort Club Terms & Conditions
Plan Eligibility
Comfort Club maintenance plans may only be activated on HVAC equipment that is operational and functioning at the time of enrollment. Innova Heating & Cooling will not activate a maintenance plan on equipment that is already non-functioning, inoperable, or in need of repair in order to operate properly.
If a system is not functioning at the time of enrollment, any necessary repairs must be completed before the equipment is eligible for Comfort Club coverage.
Total Care End-of-Life Equipment Credit
Total Care members may qualify for end-of-life equipment replacement credits when eligible HVAC equipment reaches the end of its service life and is replaced through Innova Heating & Cooling.
Eligible credits are:
• $2,000 toward replacement of a complete air conditioning system, consisting of the outdoor condenser and matching evaporator coil or air handler.
• $1,000 toward replacement of a furnace.
• $500 toward replacement of a mini-split system.
Eligible equipment credits are stackable when multiple qualifying systems are replaced. For example, a Total Care member replacing both a complete air conditioning system and a furnace may qualify for up to $3,000 in total equipment credits.
Equipment credits apply only to qualifying equipment replacement performed by Innova Heating & Cooling and are subject to the applicable terms of the Total Care membership.
Membership Discounts
Membership discounts do not stack between Comfort Club tiers.
Priority Care includes a 15% discount on labor and parts.
Total Care includes a 25% discount on labor and parts.
A Total Care member does not receive the 15% Priority Care discount in addition to the 25% Total Care discount. The maximum applicable discount under Total Care is 25%.
